United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS) is an American multinational shipping & receiving and supply chain management company founded in 1907.
Unique and personal conversations with 4 million accounts through data
It began with a deep dive into data gathered from millions of customers. Examining who they are and how they shift. Highly Specific data signals were stitched together using diverse data fields that painted a detailed picture of each customer. These signals were overlaid on to a messaging framework, charting a customer journey that are automated, always-on, efficient and effective. ​

As the lead Sr. CRM Art Director, it's been a fun challenge designing these emails for UPS. The challenging part is understanding the various data signals, and curating messages for various archetypes such as Wholesaler, Luxury & Premium, Urgent Documents, Manufacturers.
The brand has some really fun, isometric icons which were used to create GIF animations that support the message that we are putting across. Sharing some examples below.
